(OMAHA, Neb. - September 13, 2006) - HDR, a national architectural-engineering-consulting firm with 12 offices in Texas, has acquired WHM Transportation Engineering Consultants, Inc., based in Austin, Texas. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Going forward, WHM will conduct business as HDR|WHM.
